Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Health. As a vital part of our healthcare delivery system, the Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care, contribute to patient assessments, administer medications, and supervise patient care. This full-time position involves the evaluation of patients, care planning, and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.

- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
