Job Description - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Genesis Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
