Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
