Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
