Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our Montgomeryville Center team. As an LPN with Genesis Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, building meaningful relationships with patients and families, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report any changes in status.
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
