Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Genesis Healthcare, you will provide efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff in patient care.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
