Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required by the state of practice.
