Genesis Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our dedicated team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents, fostering meaningful relationships and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Assess patient conditions, collect data, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
