Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare. As an integral part of our team, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes for our patients and their families.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
