Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Ridge. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care, administer medications, and ensure positive patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
