Job Description
We are excited to recruit a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our dedicated team at Genesis Healthcare's Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights
- Provide efficient and compassionate nursing care to promote positive clinical outcomes and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report any changes in status.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by support staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current state LPN licensure or pending certification.
- Preferable experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification as per facility requirements.
