Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
