Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to join the team at Pheasant Wood. The LPNs will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes, as well as patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
