Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care for our residents, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the daily unit operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed on a shift or unit level.
- Engage in daily unit operations to ensure the well-being of residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal knowledge in nursing.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary
Join our team at Hall 1, a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high complexity needs. Halls is a compassionate 40-45 bed long-term care unit providing daily activities and comprehensive support for residents.
