Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents. Your role will involve daily unit operations, leadership responsibilities, and ensuring residents' needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Utilize general nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills.
- Implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership role on a per shift basis and as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing and graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high complexity of needs, providing compassionate care and support to residents. Halls is a long-term care unit offering daily activities and various services.
