Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents with a focus on regaining function and vitality.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Certification in AHA BLS CPR.
