Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Your role will involve providing personalized nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing and contributing to the well-being and recovery of our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on a leadership role as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident's needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a diploma.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
