Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the needs of our residents are met. Hall 1 is a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high complexity of needs, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide the best medical and emotional care to residents.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
