Job Description
Join our team at Exeter Center as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patient/resident conditions, collect data, and report any changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
