Position Overview
- Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care with positive clinical outcomes.
- Assess and report patients'/residents' condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
