Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in real estate to identify valuable properties for acquisition, utilizing our resources and proprietary software to build our inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify off-market and on-market properties for acquisition.
- Utilize data analysis and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate deals and build strong relationships with sellers.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to facilitate property transactions.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Experience with terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling.
- Strong deal-making and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
