New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have at least 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry and are familiar with terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable working as an independent contractor on a commission basis.
