New Western is seeking a licensed real estate agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. The ideal candidate should be competitive, resilient, and driven, with a passion for real estate and a high-performance mindset. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage our resources, leads, and proprietary software to acquire off-market and on-market properties, adding to our inventory and capitalizing on the current market conditions. This role offers the flexibility of working as an independent contractor with the potential for high transaction volumes and commission payouts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your real estate expertise and negotiation skills to acquire properties for the company.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to access leads and streamline the property acquisition process.
• Maintain polished communication and interpersonal skills to interact with investors, sellers, and team members effectively.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical skills and a natural ability to close deals.
