Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate. As an Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties for acquisition, leveraging your expertise in real estate. You will collaborate with our resources, including marketing leads, wholesale relationships, and specialized software, to secure off-market and on-market properties for our inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize market knowledge to identify lucrative real estate opportunities.
- Negotiate effectively with sellers to acquire properties.
- Collaborate with a team of sales agents to sell acquired properties.
- Participate in continuous training and development opportunities provided by New Western University.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
