Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As a key member of New Western, you will leverage your expertise to identify lucrative real estate opportunities, acquire properties, and contribute to our success in the market.
Responsibilities
- Utilize experience and industry knowledge to identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties.
- Work collaboratively with our team to analyze market trends, negotiate deals, and facilitate property transactions.
- Engage with leads generated by our in-house marketing team and leverage our extensive resources to maximize acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-performance environment, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and close deals.
