As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your expertise in residential real estate to identify lucrative investment opportunities. Responsibilities

• Identify off-market and on-market properties with high potential.
• Negotiate deals with sellers to acquire properties for our inventory.
• Analyze market trends and data to make informed investment decisions.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to maximize property sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate or related field.
• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment.
