Job Description
New Western is seeking a licensed real estate agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will utilize your knowledge of real estate and our resources to acquire off-market and on-market properties to enhance our inventory. This role requires a competitive, resilient, and driven individual who is familiar with terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling.

Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
