Join our team at Lariat Lodge Brewing as a Line Cook, where you will play a crucial role in our brewpub's culinary operations. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking various menu items including meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and more. Additionally, you will assist in food preparation, plating, and garnishing to ensure exceptional presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using various kitchen equipment.
- Maintain quality standards, portion sizes, and comply with kitchen rules and procedures.
- Keep the kitchen stations stocked and organized for seamless service.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient kitchen operations.
- Assist in food prep and participate in kitchen closing procedures.
