Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Brain Health Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on a leadership role as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
