Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the residents' needs are met and contributing to the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary and attend to unit operations on a per-shift basis.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with specialized medical equipment.
