Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled LPN-ACUTE to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans and ensure the needs of our residents are met. This full-time position requires a night shift commitment from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience.
