Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Acute Brain Health Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Assume a leadership role when necessary and attend to daily unit operations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing License.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
