Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans, assisting in the supervision of nursing personnel, and ensuring the needs of our residents are met.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
