Unit Summary: The Household units provide long-term care for patients. Households are comprised of six units with private bedrooms. LPNs on duty must be attentive to residents' needs and deliver care based on individual preferences and requirements.
Job Summary: The Household LPN, under supervision, develops and implements individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs, assists in staff orientation and supervision, and ensures smooth unit operations.
Requirements: Associate's degree, less than 1 year of experience, American Heart Association CPR Certification, LPN License.
