Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN at Levindale Hospital, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and contributing to the daily operations of the unit. This full-time position entails a day shift with a weekend commitment, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Supervise nursing personnel and assist in their orientation and supervision.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
