Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long-term care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Household unit, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met, and supervising nursing personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
