Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a member of our skilled long-term care unit, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the smooth operation of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations and assume leadership responsibilities on a per-shift basis.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and nursing principles to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
