Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our skilled long-term care facility, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, assisting in nursing personnel supervision, and contributing to the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations on a shift and household level.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Basic physical assessment skills.
