Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long-Term Care facility in Baltimore, MD, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities on a per-shift, household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- LPN license and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
