Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position with a night shift schedule, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. Our unit, Hall 1, caters to residents with high complexity needs, offering compassionate care and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit on a per shift basis.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
