LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule (7:00 pm - 7:30 am) that requires a weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation. Our team provides daily activities and comprehensive support to residents with high complexity needs.
Job Summary
As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. You will play a vital role in addressing residents' needs and ensuring their well-being.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- State license for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
