Shift: Night shift - 7:00pm - 7:30am with weekend commitment
Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working in the subacute rehabilitation unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional who can meet the complex needs of residents at Hall 1, offering daily activities and a range of support services.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed for daily unit operations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; Practical Nursing License; AHA CPR Certification.
- Less than one year of experience in a nursing environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
