Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the needs of our residents are met. This full-time position with a night shift commitment offers the opportunity to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to helping others.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to provide high-quality care.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident well-being.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- Less than one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current license for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
