Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care, while ensuring the needs of our residents are met. This full-time position includes a night shift commitment from 7:00pm-7:30am with opportunities for advancement through our Nursing Career Ladder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide basic physical assessments and attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (2 years college) or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma.
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse with AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
