Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit in Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the subacute rehabilitation unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents and ensure their needs are met. Job Summary

Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
