Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents, ensuring their needs are met. This role involves basic physical assessment skills, nursing care plan development, and operational responsibilities within the unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership when required.
- Maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
