Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. Your role will involve developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the residents' needs are met, and contributing to the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to deliver personalized care.
- Maintain a compassionate and dedicated approach to supporting residents with various needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required to support the unit's functioning.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent education.
- Valid Practical Nursing license and CPR certification.
- Less than one year of nursing experience required.
- Proficiency in operating medical equipment and basic computer skills.
