Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide high-quality care to residents and ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to assess resident needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of specialized medical equipment.
