Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in this role, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. This position requires compassion, motivation, and dedication to helping those in need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift basis.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
