Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD on a full-time basis with a weekend commitment during night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am).
Unit Summary
Hall 1 in the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit is a 40-45 bed long-term care facility catering to residents with high complexity needs. Our team provides comprehensive care, daily activities, and support services to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Job Summary
As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. You will play a crucial role in ensuring residents' needs are met, and take on leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing License and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and more.
